Exclusion list
A variant covered in an exclusion list will not be prioritised. Variant exclusion lists are maintained internally by Genomics England and designed to include specific variants to be excluded from prioritisation, regardless of any means through which they would be prioritised. A variant will not be prioritised if either of the following is true:
- The exact variant is present in the exclusion list
- The variant is in the region defined by coordinates in the exclusion list.
Note
Currently only small variants are supported in the exclusion list.
This exclusion list is viewable by Genomics England employees only.
